ISKCON Youth Forum chapters from all over India use ISKCON Govardhan as a base for their retreats in Vraja.

ISKCON Govardhan actively collaborates with local ISKCON temples in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu for congregational preaching. The ashram plays host to groups of visiting devotees from these yatras and many others both within India and all across the world.

ISKCON Govardhan offers preaching support to Namahatta Centers in the rural areas of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka, etc.

ISKCON Govardhan hosts retreats for visiting ISKCON yatras from all over the world. These include Japa Retreats, Kirtan Retreats, Bhakti retreats, and Annual Reading Vrata festival during the month of Kartika. Devotee yoga teachers particularly from Europe regularly bring groups to introduce them to the devotee way of life. Several senior devotees including Srila Prabhupada disciples, spiritual masters, sanyasis, and GBC members regularly visit ISKCON Govardhan either for some personal down time or in small groups of like-minded devotees for deep contemplation.

ISKCON Govardhan runs a very successful residential program for student Brahmacaris (celibate monks), and endeavoring devotees, which has attracted participants from India, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, Hungary, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, U.S.A, amongst many other places.

This program starts with a very invigorating sadhana structure, group reading of shastra, individual deep study, daily classes and seminars by senior devotees and discussions and the close association of the resident devotees. The residential program is a great opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Krishna conscious philosophy and find inspiration to go back and preach enthusiastically.

ISKCON Govardhan organizes parikramas for visiting devotees to holy places within Vraja, especially the 12 forests of Vrindavan.

ISKCON Govardhan has an active program of distributing books in the Govardhan Parikrama Marg which is largely funded by visiting devotees and supported by ISKCON Youth Forum volunteers.

Last year ISKCON Govardhan distributed over 1,00,000 plates of prasadam meals within the temple premises. Prasadam is also distributed regularly on the Govardhan Parikrama Marg During different festivals throughout the year, like Guru Purnima or Mundiya Purnima Festival which is Srila Sanatana Goswami´s Disappearance Day. This is the biggest festival in Vraja, even more dear to Vrajabasis than Govardhan Puja. Most of the prasadam distribution is sponsored by ISKCON devotees from all over the world to commemorate special family occasions by serving sadhus in Govardhan.

ISKCON Govardhan has a havan kunda or sacrificial area directly facing Giriraj Govardhan and regularly performs various types of yajnas as requested by devotees. We also organize consultations to suggest yajnas appropriate for a specific purpose. We do not perform wedding yajnas or host wedding parties.
